ASSOCIATES TERMS
- The details
you wish to be listed must be supplied in full either on paper or via email
prior to any posting on the site.
- If using a symbol for listings purposes, any artwork and related java script code to be supplied by you in PC
compatible format on 3.5" diskette, or via email (GIF or JPG graphics
files ONLY please).
- Any listing (including link) that will be paid for on a Cost Per Click basis is always
subject to satisfactory prior negotiation of payment terms, confirmation of
which are subsequently required in writing or via email. The CPC related
listing and link will only be posted on the site subject to the agreement of
such terms by both parties. Thereafter, your listing and link will normally be posted on the
site within 2 working days of their receipt.
- If not paying on a Cost Per Click basis, you will be invoiced upon receipt of all materials described above.
Payment within 28 days. However, your listing and link will normally be posted on the
site within 2 working days of their receipt.
- Cheques should be made payable to "Everybody's Hotel Directory".
Payment may be sent by postal mail together with materials described above
if you prefer not to be invoiced.
- All payments should be sent to: Everybody's Hotel Directory, PO Box 59,
Northwood, HA6 2HB, UK
- If not paying on a CPC basis, receipt of your annual payment will be acknowledged either in
writing or via email.
