Passengers needing physical assistance in boarding/disembarking could be physically lifted dependant on airport facilities. Cannot carry stretchers. Cabin staff are disability trained.  Emergency procedures printed in standard form but cabin staff will advise on a one to one basis if required. Standard on-board toilets. Same policies for international/domestic flights. Standard fare of GBP15 for babies (0-23 months). Children classed as being aged between 2-11 and must be accompanied by someone over 16.
