Medical clearance not usually required unless health risk. Will carry manual wheelchair/electric wheelchair with dry cell batteries in hold - limit of one per flight. Wheelchair bound passengers normally have to be physically carried on to/off plane. Cannot carry guide dogs. Cannot supply oxygen. No accessible on-board toilets. Normal emergency procedure card but cabin staff can talk blind passengers through it on a one to one basis.
