Narrow isle on-board wheelchairs available on most flights. Larger aircrafts have an accessible toilet - dependant on aircraft size. Guide dogs allowed. Have seats with removable armrests available for passengers with disabilities on most aircrafts. Air-bridge normally used for boarding and disembarking where available, but otherwise lifting vehicle is used for passengers with disabilities if necessary. Can supply oxygen with advance notice (48 hours+ preferred). Cannot carry stretchers. Can carry dry cell battery operated nebulizers/other medical equipment. Can cater for special dietary requirements given advance notice (48 hours+ preferred). Emergency instructions are available in Braille, but cabin crew will brief passengers with disabilities on a one to one basis if requested. Cabin crew are disability trained. Same policies for domestic/international flights.
