Emergency procedures available in Braille or large print by request on some flights, but where not available, on boarding cabin staff will advise passengers on a one to one basis. All non domestic flights have at least one member of cabin crew who has disability training. Introducing Medlink heart monitors on all long haul flights allowing cabin crew to provide better assistance in cases of heart problems in mid flight by being able to supply doctors on the ground with directly updated "real time" analysis of a passenger's condition.
