Medical clearance required primarily only if breathing related problems. Accompanying person preferred. Will carry wheelchairs/electric wheelchairs with dry cell batteries in hold. Aircrafts have narrow isle wheelchairs on board which will also be used when boarding/disembarking. Guide dogs allowed. Oxygen can be provided but has to be arranged/purchased in advance from Canada HQ. Cabin staff are disability trained. Stretchers can be carried. Policies apply to both international and domestic flights.

The airline staff and cabin crew are really helpful particularly when boarding and disembarking from the plane. If you're a wheelchair user, not even a celebrity could have got out of the airport terminal quicker! The seats in Economy could be more comfortable, but the leg room is very good.
