Can provide oxygen with 7 days advance warning (short haul flights only). B757 aircrafts have narrow isle wheelchairs on board which will also be used when boarding/disembarking. Stretchers can be carried. Accessible on-board toilets on most aircrafts. Emergency instructions available in large print and/or Braille. Can cater for a range of special dietary requirements. Heart defibrillators carried on all aircrafts. Passengers with disabilities can arrange pre-allocated seats. Families and friends may pre-book seats so that they are seated together. Children aged 2-6 must travel accompanied; children aged 6-12 may travel unaccompanied by prior arrangement; children over age 12 are usually classed as adults.
