Hoteliers can expand their hotel's existing free basic listing by way of a description and photograph at an annual cost of £200 per hotel if you do not already have your own web site, £50 per hotel if you do. Additional photographs can be included at extra cost. The description can contain anything from details of your hotel's features and facilities through to special offers. You supply the description (via e-mail or on paper), thus retaining full control over what your potential guests see displayed here - with a guarantee that it will not be subsequently edited unless you specifically request it. An additional charge may be applied in respect of substantial editing requirements. If you prefer, you may send EVERYBODY'S one of your brochures and the editorial decisions will be made for you!

Even if you are not a hotelier, you can still be listed within EVERYBODY'S, using either the Associates or "Linkster" schemes.

As an Associate, your business, organisation or its services can be listed as part of the directory. This may be of particular use if, for example, you have B&B accommodation, a guest house or a tourist attraction, and wish to indicate that they likewise could also be used by everybody, able bodied or disabled. Alternatively, you could be a provider of travel related services, or a supplier of a service provided to any of the hotels listed herein.

Becoming an Associate costs £50 per outlet listed, per year, a link to your web site, if you have one, being included for free. Alternatively, we are happy to negotiate listings on a Cost Per Click basis. Associates will be listed similarly to hotels. However, if your service is related to, or provided by a listed hotel, you may use a graphical symbol (displayed as part of the hotel's entry) to denote the provision of your service. If you have have multiple outlets you wish to be listed, please contact us to discuss special rates. Once listed, Associates are encouraged to state that they are "Associates of EVERYBODY'S Hotel Directory at www.everybody.co.uk" within their marketing materials.

If you are in the UK, want to become an Associate and do not have a web site, for £200 you can be so listed and have your listing linked to a brief single page about your business (including 1 picture) - the easy way to get on the web! Please submit your page information here (including your contact details) and you will be contacted with further information. Normal timing expectations do not apply to this option.

As a Linkster, if you offer disability friendly goods and/or services, you can have a link to your own web site added to the Links section of this site on a non-reciprocal basis - even if the site is outside the UK. Becoming a Linkster costs £20 on a one off payment basis, with a guarantee that your site will be listed and subsequently maintained promptly. You can also pay on a Cost Per Click basis subject to negotiation.

Your advert, standard Associate listing and/or link will normally be posted on this site within 2 working days. Please either submit your details or express your interest here. If not paying on a Cost Per Click basis (where applicable), you will then either be invoiced accordingly or contacted with a view to discussing your requirements further.
